RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges can be made if items are in original, unworn condition with original packaging within 14 days of receiving order. Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number which you will need to email lpdcinfo@telus.net to receive. Some items CANNOT be returned or exchanged and will be stated so on the items page. Shoes cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons. All returns require a 15% restocking fee. All exchanges require a 15% restocking fee or a $5.00 fee whichever is greater. Shipping fees are non refundable.  Returned & exchanged items should be shipped through an insured method.
