Shipping & Policies
Shipping
Most items are in stock and ship out in 1 to 3 business days. If any items are out of stock we will notify you with the expected ship out date, which is usually 2 to 3 weeks. We will also notify you if items are back ordered, these items will ship out as soon as they are available. If part of your order is out-of-stock, items in-stock will ship out and the items out-of-stock will ship out separately with no extra shipping fee.
To help us provide a large variety of items, some items ship directly from the manufacturer. This said, it is possible that parts of your order will arrive in different packages at different times.
Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping prices may change periodically with the rise in shipping costs. All US and International packages are shipped via Canada Post small packets, while large packages will be shipped via expedited parcel service. Canada packages will be shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel service. Shipping includes the cost of materials & handling, and includes insurance for up to $85 US. Large orders will include extra insurance free of charge.
US Shipping:
Ground Shipping starts at $4.95. Canada Post quotes 6 to 12 business days for delivery.
Air shipping starts at $6.45. Canada Post quotes 4 to 10 business days for delivery.
Larger items such as beds and carriers may have additional shipping charges added after checkout. These items will have this clearly stated with their descriptions.

Canadian Shipping:
Ground shipping starting at $8.35 up to about $12.00, depending on province and package size (larger items have a shipping fee higher than $12.00). Canada Post quotes 2 to 7 business days for delivery depending on location.
Larger items such as beds and carriers may have additional shipping charges added after checkout. These items will have this clearly stated with their descriptions.
International Shipping:
Air shipping only, starting at $7.45. Canada Post quotes 6 to 10 business days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made if items are in original, unworn condition with original packaging within 14 days of receiving order. Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) which you will need to email niki@littleprincessdoggiecouture.com to receive. Some items CANNOT be returned or exchanged and will be stated so on the items page. Shoes cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons. All returns require a 15% restocking fee. All exchanges require a 15% restocking fee or a $5.00 fee, whichever is greater. Shipping fees are non refundable. Returned & exchanged items should be shipped through an insured method.
Payments Accepted
All prices are in US dollars.
Payments can be made with credit cards through our site through our secure checkout system with Visa or Mastercard. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment and is offered through our checkout.
All BC residents will be charged 7% PST.

Upon request we offer visitors the ability to have inaccuracies corrected in contact information. Consumers can have this information corrected by or Updating it on our website.
